Rebirthing Week:

When we least expect it, the Beloved appears – and then all else vanishes, and only His touch is left. Thursday, He appeared in Silent Sitting, being present with us, without words.

As we relax deeper into the silence, the petals of our hearts unfold, more and more receptive to this beautiful, mysterious gift of life.

We breathe in this magical forest, the branches stroking the seemingly empty air. Flags flutter, and straw is blown lightly. The wind expresses its love, soft and silent one moment, wild and passionate the next.

Sometimes we sit and cradle our own thoughts, letting our inner processes unfold. Then, catching sight of swallows flitting over their own reflection in the lake – suddenly diving through the mirror. Fearless. Mindless.

Lying in the grass, sinking into the embrace of Mother Earth, we feel the caress of the branches overhead, playing with the breeze. The swallows dive and swerve, tickling the stomach. Moments with no separation. No fear. No mind.

At one with the ground we lay on, receptive to this miracle of life – silent – to hear our hearts giggling. Immensely grateful for Here, for Now.

Rebirthing Week:

Every moment Life is experienced anew.

It is rebirthing week. Guided to breathe in new ways, we feel life and energy expand within us.

We are exploring life through cleansed eyes. Our senses are becoming more vibrant and alive. At one with nature, we draw sustenance and joy from all around us. Feeling – the happy trees, the free birds. We are dancing in the forest, playing with the river, laughing with the birds, shining with the sun.

Entering silence, we become more available to the song of the heart. Turning our attention inward, we nurture the Love that is flowering inside us.

The Beloved has opened us to the experience of the Heart. In awe and wonder we enter the space within, the home so long forgotten. Our breath stirs us like the wind. Our feet are rooted to the earth, like the roots of trees. Deeply connected.

Slowly, gently, we give birth to the new within us.

Barefoot – we walk into the Sacred Heart. Naked – we dive into the holy river of life.
