Yes to Life:

This week we are diving into the Joy of Life, into celebration, into the source of our life energy. Feeling our strength, feeling the energy flowing from the earth and up through us. It dances in our bodies, laughing inside our bellies, singing in our hearts.

Celebration of Life. Celebration of freedom, of beauty, of love.

The outside mirroring the inside. The joy of singing birds. The innocence and totality of ducklings exploring life. The love and softness in the touch of the wind, in the ground underneath our bare feet. Like the love we embrace ourselves with – by being here, taking care of ourselves, taking responsibility for our own growth.

The trees, so patient, so accepting, so strong: ready to let whatever comes blow through them. With their roots deep in the earth, their branches, ever finer, reach up to the sky. Steady and flowing at the same time.

We are back in the forest, sitting again in the pure presence of the Beloved. A mirror so clear – there is nowhere to hide. Just sitting. Breathing. Listening. "Open your eyes. Open your mind. Open your heart", Swaha reminded us in Satsang today. Available, in the moment, it is easy to love oneself, in front of such a clear and beautiful mirror.

Wisdom Heart:

We are gathered, sitting in silence, with our hands resting on our hearts. A gentle voice asks the question "what does the heart want to say?"

We have been listening to so many voices in our lives. So many expectations to live up to, so many demands from the outside world, so many choices to make that do not belong to us.

Here – resting, going into the simplicity of the Heart, the question sinks in. "What does the heart want to say?" We are in the Saturday group of this weekend dedicated to the Wisdom Heart.

Dharma Mountain is overflowing with love. Life is flowering in this garden of the Beloved. Everything is provided here, giving us the space to feel our hearts. We are immersed in stillness, in the beauty of nature. The lake reflects the flights of birds and the clouds and the sky.

Raindrops make patterns on the surface of the water. In the depths there is always Silence.

The Beloved. Reflecting back to us the immense beauty and clarity in the true essence of our hearts.

We are here to listen, to become attuned, hearing at last the silent voice of the wisdom heart.

Below you can listen to the Satsang from yesterday.
