Yes to Life:

Thirsty souls have found the source of water.

This first part of the summer retreat has been a beautiful celebration of life, of love, of freedom and silence. Swaha sharing with us this grace beyond words, pouring out these blessings beyond explanation, letting the love rain and joy shine over us.

And the silence – as a beautiful smile turned inwards, as blissful laughter that comes from emptiness and goes to emptiness – eternity in the moment of stillness.

Gratefulness, so much gratefulness, showing in tears, in laughter, in dance, in silent smiles, in clear eyes – gratefulness of hearts overflowing with love and joy.

More is happening inside us than we even are aware of. Now we have some days just to let it sink in, to digest these wonderful moments we have tasted. Now we can learn to inhabit and move within this greater depth of being. For a few days there will be just a light program, before the silent retreat starts.

Resting inside ourselves, we dwell on what we have received. The flow of life takes us into itself, and is expressed through everything we do. Our words, our steps, our dance, our laughter become the flowering of who we are.

Yes to Life:

Life – bathing in the golden sunshine of Joy! We are diving into the mystery of ourselves, of our own hearts, of what is making us happy.

"Follow your heart, and happiness will follow as a shadow", Swaha says.

This last week we have been doing an inquiry-process, and the subject was Joy – the inner sun.

It is a beautiful opportunity to look at oneself with eyes of love. Out of love comes curiosity – curiosity to get to know oneself, to understand oneself. In love there is no judgement.

The process helps us getting closer to our own hearts, to become more conscious of how we live our lives and what we are longing for... Closer – to what makes us happy.

By loving ourselves, by understanding ourselves – compassion comes, and acceptance.

Again and again we are reminded to listen to this silent voice of our hearts – and follow it. And everything is provided to give it space, to nurture this shy, silent voice. To nurture this growing love and compassion for ourselves, growing towards the light of the Beloved, watered by his touch and his kiss. We are looking at Him, and He shows us the beauty inside ourselves. We are following Him, and He guides us into the garden of our own heart.
