Natural Spirit II:
Last weekend the second part of the retreat, Natural Spirit, was happening in Dharma Mountain. The subject for this retreat was the importance of stopping and coming back to what is natural - what is real.
Many new people are coming, and this is an indication that more and more people are seeing that the dreams of Western culture is not really bringing meaning to their lives. Many feel in their innermost core that there must be more to life than work and TV.
As always, attending a retreat with Swaha is simply to accept an invitation to start looking at ourselves. A true Master cannot do anything. Nor will he make any promise that he can make us become anything. He is just a clear mirror - one, whom is free from the world of dreams, desires and attachments.
Like a mirror, he can show us our spots and, as a guide, he can point to the direction we should take in order to get clean. Whether we choose to listen or not, is up to us. There is no pressure to change or to do anything - everything is entirely up to each free individual.
In Satsang, Swaha talked about being in tune with one self and how meditation is more and more needed. He shared how humans have become restless, and that only through meditation can they slowly learn to stop - to come back to the natural state.
He also talked beautifully about finding the balance with the physical and the spiritual, and that being natural means that these two sides are in balance.
Below, you can listen to these talks.

Quote of the day:
"The master is just a mirror. It doesn't help you to be angry with the mirror if you don't like what you see."

Silent Satsang Weekend:
Two weeks ago, there was a silent Satsang weekend happening in Dharma Mountain. The autumn has arrived, and this colorful time provides the perfect setting for silence and meditation.
It was a wonderful atmosphere - overflowing of love and beauty.
I Satsang, Swaha talked about silence and meditation. Also, he shared about what it is to come to a master, and how all true mystics always will bring a new understanding of truth.

New Satsang Hall:
This very moment, we are building a new Satsang hall as an extension to the old one in the main house.
The new extension is 110m2 and it will at least double todays capacity. This is very much needed as more and more people are starting to look at them selves, and finding their way to Satsang.
Our beloved carpenters have been working high and low for some months now, and they should be finished during December.
It is truly beautiful here in the mountains... Welcome!

Natural Spirit I:
Previous weekend, friends and lovers took the trip to Dharma Moutain and enjoyed the first part of the retreat - Natural Spirit. Although it was a bit chilly out in the forest, the fire of love was burning strong in Satsang with Swaha.
The Natural Spirit, is an invitation to take a break from the busy lives our minds have created. This stopping is essential in order to connect with our inner being and to explore that silent space.
In Satsang, Swaha talked about what it means to be natural, and the importance of stopping. He reminded us of how easy it is to be trapped in the stress of modern society, and how important it is to take a break, if one is serious about finding one's natural self.
Below, we share three talks from Satsang. Click on the links to listen.
