Following the map of the chakras leading us towards a space of more balance and peace, this beautiful journey has now come to an end. Today the children were invited to join the celebration in Satsang.

Chakra Journey:
In the 7'th chakra we reach the realm of the unspeakable. That which is. Oneness. Divinity. Here is the full blossoming of the lotus, the Homecoming.
As we allow our restless minds and bodies to settle, we can now relax and find ourselves slowly melting. Only to land in a soft and silent place in ourselves.
Serenity is all around, both inside and outside. It embraces Dharma Mountain.
White is the color of purity.

Chakra Journey:
Moving up to the 6th chakra, the energy is rising. We enter a more silent space as our eyes are turned inwards.
Intuition. Vision. Seeing. A different kind of seeing. When we close our physical eyes and bring our attention away from the outside world, we allow for a different kind of seeing using our third eye. As we study and understand our inner landscape we are able to see from the deepest place in our self, from our inner diamond.
The color is indigo.
In the heat, the river is truly a blessing. It is a source of joy and great pleasure as it willingly cools down our warm bodies.

Chakra Journey:
Expression. Creation. Sharing the Truth from the deepest part of yourself - coming from your heart. This is the 5'th chakra.
This expression cannot be done, it happens by itself when you are an open channel and available to be used by the Divine, by Love.
Blue is the color. Clear, royal blue. Divine blue.
And then we were blessed with a brief release from the heat: thunder and cleansing rain. It leaves us and nature refreshed!

The subject today is love!
Once the three lower chakras are in balance, we can access the fourth chakra - our Heart. Here we dive into love, trust and understanding. Emotional maturity, sensitivity and compassion follows.
No more learning is necessary, all we need to do is stop, relax and allow this wonderful feeling to soak our being. In love there is no mind, no judgments, no likes or dislikes.
Love simply is.
The color of the heart chakra is green or pink, both abundantly present at Dharma Mountain, today and every day throughout the summer.

Joy. Power. Courage. These are energies of the third chakra, symbolised with the colour yellow.
Courage is needed both to see through the illusions of who we think we are, but also to stand up for our truth. This clarity is what brings true personal power, contrary to the unconscious use of force.

Chakra Journey:
Whereas the first chakra is about survival, life and our individual needs, the second chakra is about our feelings and relationship with others. It is the chakra for creation, change and death. Also, it is about sensuality, pleasure and sweetness.
The colour is orange, and Dharma Mountain is once again transformed into this new flavour. We see it in the food, in the clothes, in the decorations.
After learning to move our hips with belly dancing, our movements were made more fluid so we could truly enjoy the sweetness of dancing.

Chakra Journey:
Dharma Mountain is dressed in red.
We have embarked on a Chakra Journey. A system not to be taken too seriously, but one that offers us a map and another step towards wholeness and freedom. It is an opportunity to be playful and to be open to explore deeper layers in our selves.
Today we explored the first chakra, and the color red. This energy is connected to our roots, grounding, strength, body, family, sex, food, money, security. Our basic needs. And here can be many trips if we are unconscious! However, when integrated naturally, it can function beautifully with innocence.
In the afternoon-group we went tribal! Going back to our roots, the cave man and woman were brought out of us with drumming and stamping our feet. We ended up feeling a strong connection with Mother Earth.
