The Invitation:

Saturday's Satsang was a powerful reminder about how to perform our work and responsibilities consciously. Action, when coming from a place of doing, of needing to perform and of seeking approval, will turn us into machines. Without feeling or sensitivity we exhaust ourselves, and our responsibilities become our burden.

The invitation this weekend was to find out for ourselves who we are and how we function on a deeper level, and not just how to act like a machine in response to any outside impulse or idea.

Around Swaha it is all about finding back to the real and the natural - to rediscover the colorful rainbows that we truly are. Then, responsibility comes out of our own understanding and it becomes an easy, joyful sharing rather than a burden.

This invitation was supported by the afternoon group, which lead us on a soft and sensitive journey from the womb to adulthood. It was a beautiful opportunity to be present in our bodies - sensitive to all the feelings and sensations of our inner universe. A journey full of tenderness bringing us back to our hearts and to our real Selves.

A gentle celebration, raising from a deep and silent place, was expressed in the "Singing from the heart" group. Leaving us grateful for this sense of belonging, of sharing, of family, of home.

May everyone accept this ongoing invitation to come back
to the natural -
to the real -
to freedom.

Blissful Spring:

The sun is out!

Spring at Dharma Mountain has shown itself from all sides. Sun, clouds, mist, rain and again sun. "Don't get hung up on the clouds", Swaha reminded us today, "after the clouds the sun always follows". And the rain did bring us a stunning rainbow!

Having had a break from the influence of the outside world for some days, we are now more and more coming in touch with our natural sensitivity.

Once again we are falling in tune with our Selves, our hearts, each other, nature, spring and the river bursting with melted mountain snow.

The perfect atmosphere for frozen hearts to melt...

A disciple shared that being present and connected to the now, felt like being connected with Swaha wherever she was. She felt no difference, no separation, and that everything was easy.

Swaha commented, "When your realize that you are neither your mind, your senses nor your emotions, then you allow yourself to sink into a deeper layer of your being. You remember who you are beyond your masks. With that recognition comes great freedom and great strength. When you remember your Self everything is easy."

Blissful Spring:

In the midst of our celebration of new life, there is a current of silence.

This peace, this silence, is everywhere and could be enjoyed by all. Sadly though, most people are too busy making profit and wars and put their whole life energy into that. And so this mystery is only there for those who are available for it. Today Swaha reminded us to be aware where our life energy is going and what we are doing with our lives.

Like the bear comes out of his cave in the spring, born again and full of new life, so Swaha invites us to do the same. And if the light is too bright, just wear sunglasses!

Blissful Spring:

Spring at Dharma Mountain. Can it be anything other than blissful as we once again are gathered with our Beloved?

Around us nature is awakening. Slowly bursting into new life. A miracle! After a long and frozen winter Dharma Mountain is a sea of luscious green. Birds unable to contain their celebration fill the fresh silent air with the promise of a new beginning. All totally effortless.

Swaha reminds us that this effortless miracle of nature also is available to us. We all come from a seed and have the possibility of flowering. With breaking the shell you experience a whole new reality.

Instead of constriction there is freedom...
Instead of darkness there is light...
Instead of fear there is love.
