As each one of us is unique we offer a wide variety of meditations and therapies in our retreats, in this way you can explore and find what really works for you on your personal journey towards inner peace and clarity.

Vasant Swaha says: "Meditation is our natural state of silence and contentment. It doesn't belong to any religion or country, but is the very core of religiousness... It is universal. Anybody who travels the path of meditation will become peaceful and loving. This is what the world needs today. More then ever. Yes, you will have to face yourself, your thoughts and ideas, that separates you and holds you back. But your true face is of happiness. Finding that original face is the journey of meditation."

All our retreats and Satsangs are an invitation to go deeper and realize the true freedom that you are.

Most of the retreats are structured in 2 parts:

The first part is focused on creativity and celebration. It is an opportunity to release any stress and tension in the body-mind, and come back to the purity of the heart. It works as a beautiful preparation for the second part of the retreats - silence. Many workshops are available (dance, painting, breath, sharing, laughter, emotional cleansing, nature treks, exploring the chakras, love meditation, singing, kirtan, etc) so one can experiece oneself in all colors of life.

In the second part the focus is on silence and Being. It is where the energy can go inside and create roots in the space of meditation. An oasis for those who are seeking and longing for peace and relaxation. The whole program is arranged to give support to the silent space inside of us, and the participants are invited to stay in silence. The program can include: 'Who Am I?' exercises, Vipassana, Latihan, Nadabrahma, Chi Kung, silent walks in nature, etc. An opportunity to go deeper and start living from our true nature.

Still the main thing is Satsang with Vasant Swaha. Just to be around a mystic can cause a profound change, you start remembering your own inner essence, which brings forth a tremendous sense of freedom and gratitude towards life.

Also, on every retreat there is available a number of individual sessions for the wellbeing of body, mind and soul. Click here for more info.
