Payment options:
1. Through the bank
We will send you an invoice or order confirmation by email after your booking.
All transfer expenses will have to be paid by the retreat participant.
2. Credit/debit cards
Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard or Maestro.
Debit cards: only Norwegian debit cards (with Bank Axept).
It is only possible to pay by card upon arrival.
3. Cash payments
We prefer that payments are made through the bank or by card. If this is not possible, you can pay in cash upon arrival. Please note that only Norwegian Kroner (NOK) are accepted at Dharma Mountain.
Cancellations and refunds
Accommodation and/or meals will not be charged if you cancel up to 10 days before your arrival/your first meal. After this period, 35% of the full price will be charged. Dharma Mountain does not pay the bank transfer expenses in case of cancellations and refunds.
Late booking fee
There will be an extra charge of 10% of the participation cost for bookings of spaces inside Dharma Mountain made in the 7 days before the start of the retreat.
