They say that all who came here, have to go.
That is the only thing that is certain.
Everyone who is born has to die.
In between birth and death, you have something that we call Love, which bridges these two.
That, most people forget – they never come to it.
Only by merging, melting in Love will you see that these two – birth and death – are not opposite.
Love is also a death. Death of the ego. You have to let go.

Meditation is a kind of death. Because if you really go deep in meditation, you as a separate entity, as an ego, will start to disintegrate. And when you as an ego disintegrates, then your true self comes forth.
Vasant Swaha

The wind is blowing the first yellow leaves from the birch.
Dark clouds come and go, threatening rain, then revealing sun.
We sit in the forest temple and face death.

All things must pass, they say, but how often do we live in that knowledge?
Living as if we are immortal is an easy dream, until we come face to face with the real.

We have the chance to wake up and see.
We have friends to mirror us and share.
We have friends who have left their bodies, but live on in us.

Blessed to have this sacred space.
Blessed to have our guiding light.
Blessed to live a deathless death.

I simply am.
And that’s it.
What a rest in those words: I simply am.
There is a glowing feeling in my heart.
Like a golden nest.
I am.
(…)
Everything is all part of the inner unfolding,
the Being coming forth.
As a form,
I will leave the people I love,
this life and the humanity that I love.
What is left,
is Love.
As Love,
I am.
Eternally.”
