Out of the Blue

It can not be described
What happens here.

But just by sitting here something sinks in.
I feel my feet in the sand.
I smell the lilies.
I hear the wind.

And suddenly
out of the blue

I am not a heart inside the body.
I am a body
inside the heart.

I don’t know how it happened.
It was not me.
But I let go
and now
I want to stay forever
