Dissolving into Silence

Silence is the dessert of the retreat. It’s the moment when everything stops, when we can allow ourselves to go deeper, to give space to whatever is moving inside to settle, like waves becoming the ocean. No rushing into the future, nor dwelling on the past, dissolving more and more in the now. Simply enjoying the sweetness of being.

And from that place, all the beauty comes to life. Spaces we might have never seen before come to the surface; calmness, stillness, peace. Through cleaner eyes, we can see what has always been there, waiting to be rediscovered.

May we take care of this, and hold it close, for it is the most precious gift.

Nothing goes on forever. Except, of course, this love.
